CoolBrew® Coffee Syrup has a multitude of uses. Try it in a Coffee Granita, over ice cream, or in soda water for a delicious coffee soda!
- 16 oz. CoolBrew
- 1 lb. Sugar
Heat CoolBrew® in a 1 qt. sauce pan (do not boil). Add sugar and stir continuosly until completely dissolved. Allow to cool. Pour into sealed container and refrigerate.
Makes approximately 20 oz. of syrup.
